Groovy: An agile dynamic language for the Java Platform. OK Great, but what happens when you use it with Swing? Is there any advantage to building a Swing application with Groovy instead of Java?
I've built a small utility for monitoring a continuous integration tool in Groovy and I'll share what I learned about testing, IDE support: (Eclipse, Netbeans and IntelliJ) and where Groovy shined and where it can be a bit strange.
